Having completed the Hairdressing/Barbering course, I can confirm it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I believe Jacquie is truly unique in what she offers and is a warm, caring and fun character who genuinely wants to help people learn and succeed. Jacquie is most definitely highly skilled in her trade, 100% reliable and will go that extra mile if you are committed to learning. It’s a fun course but also challenging, you will benefit most by being dedicated, determined, asking lots of questions to absorb Jacquie’s knowledge and by practising lots - my mum now has a fantastic graduated bob, created by my own hands! I’ve grown obsessed with hair and practising my skills so I can offer my services in a professional capacity soon, and it’s reassuring to have Jacquie to call on if needed. As a little background, I’m in my late 30s and a complete novice to hairdressing having worked mostly in IT marketing until I took a break to raise my little girl. I decided to pursue something that I had a real passion for and that could fit around my family. I did the foundation hairdressing course with Jacquie and having never done any hairdressing before I was a complete beginner but in the weeks I was with Jacquie I am now confident in all of the aspects of hairdressing. I went to see Jacquie a few weeks ago and she has help me a lot. I’m a full qualified hairdresser, who had lost her confidence and I felt like I wanted to give up but doing a day course learning a few things I needed to refresh on and a few things I couldn’t do I now feel I can continue doing what I love I’m still putting it all in to place but I’m hoping to have a successful business again.

I have very recently trained and gained my Foundation Hairdressing Qualification with Jacquie. I was a complete beginner, having not done hairdressing before, and I really didn't expect to learn and achieve what I did within just about 9 weeks! Jacquie was not only a great tutor with regard to her incredible knowledge and skill, but she was always at the other end of the phone for any questions and advice. As well as this, she has also helped me to rebuild my confidence in myself, for what I can achieve if I really put my mind to it. She has also helped me shine a light on some more personal issues, and small, practical ways in which to deal with them, that I had never really thought of before. This is helping me even now, and it is a great comfort to also know that even after my training has now ended, Jacquie will still be there for me, as she is for everybody else! So I am happy to say, that I now also see her as very much my friend, as well as a mentor. Thank you so much Jacquie. You are brilliant! xxx

I would recommend Jackie she knows her stuff, she helps you at anytime you need her she doesn’t put pressure on you nd makes you feel comfortable in hairdressing nd she doesn’t make it difficult to understand, she’s so kind and would highly recommend to anyone.

what can I say... Not only does Jacquie have years and years of experience, but has this amazing skill of teaching.... I have not enjoyed learning anything so much..... she has managed to turn me into a hairstylist in such a short space of time, only thanks to her patience, time, and skills.... I found Jacquie's number through a site on google and was a bit nervous in what to expect. Only to find someone with so much experience it's unreal. Her teaching skills are so bespoke and make her very unique in the world of teaching. She has the talent to keep you alert for learning, makes it fun and you come out the other end feeling great and ready for your new career... I qualified with Jacquie in level 2/3 hairdressing and barbering recently and its the best decision i ever made! 

Jacquie is amazing she is kind patient thorough and very skilled , from the first day i met Jacquie we had great communication and she makes learning very easy and in such a relaxed atmosphere. From doing training i have gained the confidence and skills i needed to finally do something i have wanted to do for years and to know that just because my training is completed and i know that i can call on Jacquie if i need any further help or assistance along the way. 

My advice is if your thinking of doing hairdressing Jacquie is your lady!

I did a colour refresher course today after many many years of not touching colour! I’ve come away feeling very confident in starting to introduce colour to my clients - yippee! Jacquie is very knowledgeable and teaches at a good pace. We covered so much ground in a day. I felt the day was personalised to my needs as a student which you don’t often find in other educator set ups. We also covered pricing within our business which I found really beneficial too. If you ever need a boost in confidence with any aspect of the hair business I would highly recommend Jacquie
