Salon Apprenticeship
On-the-job training in a working salon environment. Learners who want to earn while gaining experience over 1–2+ years. If you are over the age of 24 the minimum wage kicks in, making it harder and unaffordable for salon to train someone.
NVQ / VTCT Qualification
Regulated vocational qualification with structured timetables, extensive coursework, and formal assessment.
Students aiming for corporate salons or employers that explicitly require a regulated framework.
