An Alternative Route Into Hairdressing & Barbering
VIPHair4UTraining provides accredited, insurable, practical hairdressing and barbering training for people who want an alternative to the traditional college or apprenticeship route.
The courses are not NVQ or VTCT qualifications. They are privately accredited professional training programmes designed around intensive practical learning, individual assessment and one-to-one tuition.
Courses are taught by Jacquie Case, a fully qualified hairdressing educator with 30 years' professional hair-industry experience and 14 years' teaching experience, including previous education and training roles with L'Oréal Professionnel and TONI&GUY.
VIPHair4UTraining courses are accredited through Professional Beauty Direct. Successful students receive certification following completion of the required practical work and assessment and can apply for appropriate professional insurance, subject to the insurer's terms and individual criteria.
The aim is not simply to complete a course quickly. Students are expected to practise between sessions, demonstrate their skills and complete the required evidence before certification is awarded.
VIPHair4UTraining was created for people who need a more flexible, personalised route into the industry, including career changers, parents, people unable to commit to lengthy college programmes, existing hairdressers needing practical confidence and stylists returning to the industry.
Training is not just about skills training it is also about mindset with clients and with having a successful business.
