By joining The Hair Protecting Energy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership
Membership provides access to club benefits, resources, events, training, and support as outlined within your chosen membership package. -
Payments
Membership fees must be paid in full and on time via the agreed payment method. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access. -
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time by giving a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice.
No refunds will be provided for any payments already made. -
Non-Transferable Membership
Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold. -
Respectful Conduct
All members are expected to behave respectfully towards other members, guests, and organisers. Bullying, harassment, abusive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the club without refund. -
Content & Materials
All training, resources, downloads, branding, and materials provided by The Hair Resilience Club remain the intellectual property of the club and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. -
Changes to Membership
The Hair Resilience Club reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, schedules, or terms at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice where possible. -
Liability
The Hair Resilience Club is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, business loss, or damages arising from participation in club activities, events, or training. -
Privacy
Any personal information shared with The Hair Resilience Club will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations. -
